Parents agree that they consult on all matters relating to the health, education and general well-being of children, in order to pursue and pursue policies that are in the best interests of children. Parents should immediately inform the other of the illness and other questions or issues concerning the children and their just well-being and interest, and they also inform others of their home and phone numbers. Each party recognizes that there may be another important person in their life who will have frequent and ongoing contact with their parents` child. As a result, parents agree that parents should continue to use the regular education calendar during the children`s summer holidays, spring holidays and Christmas holidays, but that each parent must be flexible so that both parents can spend time with the children during these school holidays. The father does not have access to children on one day of the week and only has access to children every other weekend (including 3 weekend days per school program). The only exception to the above is that the mother and father consult and agree on all important decisions relating to education, disease, operations, medical care, health, well-being and other matters of similar importance that concern children, of which well-being, education and development will at all times be the priority of both mother and father. Each parent is entitled to two hours with the children on their birthdays. Parents recognize that due to unforeseen events, regular adaptations to the educational plan may be necessary. However, parents recognize that a child`s disappointment and/or frequent changes to the educational plan can have a negative impact on the child. Accordingly, parents should do everything in their power to minimize changes to this schedule and each will inform the other as much as possible in advance so that appropriate plans can be developed for the child.
