Cardholder Agreement Netspend

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the mobile charging service (“Ingo”) to credit cheque money to your H-E-B visa┬« prepaid debit card (“Card Account”). Ingo is offered by first Century Bank, N.A. (“Bank”), a nationally chartered financial institution, and Ingo Money, Inc. (“Ingo Money”). In order to use Ingo, you must have an active card account that (i) is issued in your name, (ii) active, and (iii) authorized to be credited by Ingo. You must activate and register your card account on NetSpend Corporation (NetSpend) before you can use Ingo. You can do this by visiting 1-86-NETSPEND/1-866-387-7363 or by visiting www.netspend.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to Ingo and supplement the H-E-B Visa Prepaid Debit Card Agreement that regulates your use of the Card Account (the “Cardholder Agreement”). The Cardholder Agreement also applies to your use of Ingo, including THE PROVISION THAT PROVIDES FOR MANDATORY ARBITRATION, but if there is a difference between the Cardholder Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence with respect to Ingo. Your registration and use of Ingo is subject to first and in the process of verification and approval by Ingo Money, including confirmation of your identity. Ingo Money or Bank may accept or decline your ingo registration for any reason or no reason, at our absolute discretion. From time to time, when you use Ingo, we may ask you additional questions to confirm your identity. It is your responsibility to update your primary email address and contact information so that we can communicate with you. Any message we send to your stored contact details is deemed to have been received by you. You can update your information by calling 1-86-NETSPEND/1-866-387-7363 or by visiting www.netspend.com. If your email address becomes invalid, we may deactivate your account until it is updated with a valid email address. Your personal data will be collected when you register with Ingo, if you submit cheques for financing, if you make them available to us elsewhere and if we collect them during the performance of our obligations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Ingo Money and Bank may change or amend these terms and conditions from time to time (including any applicable fees) by sending you a written message by email or post, notifying you in the Ingo portion of the H-E-B NetSpend prepaid app, or posting the updated terms and conditions on Ingo`s website under www.ingomoney.com/partners/HEB-netspend-terms-conditions. . . .
